Polyaspartic floor coatings
Discuss polyaspartic and polyurea options, cure times, and the finish that suits the way you use your floor.

The details make the difference.
Epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic describe different coating chemistries. Some floors combine a base coat with a different topcoat. Product selection, slab condition, temperature, moisture, and installation conditions all matter. We help you ask the right questions before you choose.
Compare a complete system, not a speed claim
Ask which products are proposed for the base and topcoat and how the installer decides they suit your concrete. Describe sunlight, the intended use and your scheduling constraints. A product name alone does not establish the preparation, appearance or return-to-use instructions for a particular floor.
Confirm the scope and next steps
If comparing a fast-return proposal with another system, ask for the same scope in both. Confirm what evaluation must happen first, which conditions can change the schedule and what written care instructions apply after installation.
Let’s start with your space.
- Will the floor receive direct sunlight?
- What traffic and spills should the finish handle?
- Which manufacturer and coating layers are proposed?
