Sean Kelly
Sean has called Bluffton home since 2021 — New Jersey roots, Rumson Fair Haven High, then California beaches chasing a lifelong love of surfing that's taken him up and down both coasts and into Central America and the Caribbean. For fifteen years he worked construction and renovation alongside food-and-beverage hours that never lined up with life as a single dad of two. Restaurant schedules meant missed games and bedtime. Epoxy flooring gave him something better: skilled, hands-on work with room for craft, and a schedule that puts his kids first. After serious training, he put that construction experience to work building this business from the ground up. When he's not on a job, you'll find him at his children's games, the pool, a round of golf — or catching a wave.
Chris Kelly
Chris and his wife Debbie have lived in Bluffton since 2019. New Jersey born, Red Bank High, University of Maryland College Park — then a career that stretched from Nantucket and Aspen to Hawaii, Virginia, and Louisville, including owning a restaurant/catering business before nine years in financial services and twenty-plus years as a car sales manager and general sales manager in New Jersey and Annapolis. Retirement looked good on paper. Just sitting around didn't. A few days a week at local golf courses kept him busy — until he and Sean looked at buying a small epoxy shop and chose something harder and better: building their own. Chris brings a lifetime of reading customers, standing behind a product, and finishing what he starts. He and Debbie have three kids (Chris Jr, Michelle, and Sean) and six grandchildren.
