Project inquiries
We use the contact details, property location and project information you provide by phone or email to respond, prepare an estimate and coordinate your project. Phone inquiries may be handled by our AI receptionist through AI RingGuard and ElevenLabs, with telephony provided by Twilio. Inquiry details are saved in our customer management system and shared with the owners; email notifications use Resend. This website has no public inquiry form. Ask at the start of your call about recording and transcription before sharing private details.
Share what helps with your floor.
Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information in an inquiry. Contact us if you want to ask about or request removal of information you have provided, subject to records we need to retain for business obligations.
Project photographs
Customer project stories will be published with permission. Public stories should use a town or general area rather than a private street address.
SMS / Mobile
If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive SMS updates, we will use your mobile number only to send you transactional messages about estimates, appointments, and project updates. We do not sell mobile numbers for marketing. Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for promotional purposes.
Customer texting is not currently activated. Calling does not enroll you in text messages. For program status, see our SMS Text Messaging Consent page.
Videos and hosting
When a project has a YouTube video, it loads only after you choose to watch. Playing it connects your browser to YouTube, which handles information under its own privacy policy. Our hosting services may process technical request data to deliver and protect this website.
